We value your satisfaction and if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns of unused products within 14 days of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and subject to the criteria below, a refund will be issued for the item(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is defective.
Criteria:
- The products must have been bought directly from Owls Products and not through another retailer.
- The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. All goods will be inspected upon return and if not in their original condition, may be returned to you or only partially refunded.
- We must have received the item(s) or be provided with proof that these were returned before a refund is considered. We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service for the return shipment as we cannot be held accountable for items damaged or lost in transit.
